Read the complete code before following a fix. ST-3100002, ST-3100005 and other codes are not alternative spellings of ST-3100001.
Check the Windows clock
For a Windows PC showing this exact code:
- Open Start → Settings → Time & language → Date & time.
- Turn on Set time automatically and check that the displayed date and time are correct.
- Check Time zone. Use automatic time-zone detection where available, or select the correct zone for your location. Correcting the clock does not mean choosing another region to access the game.
- Return to Online and retry the action that failed. Note whether you can enter the lobby, start a mission and remain connected.

If the error returns
A corrected clock does not establish that every disconnect is fixed. Player reports include cases where this suggestion did not help.
Record the platform, exact code, local date/time and time zone, and the failing stage: entering Online, joining a lobby, starting a match or disconnecting during play. If it repeats, keep that information for a support report and check the official maintenance notices.
Changing unrelated graphics settings is not the same test as correcting the clock. This checklist does not require deleting anti-cheat files or disabling security software.
How to check the result
Retry the same failing action, rather than treating a successful title-screen load as proof. If you can join but still lose connection when the match starts, report both outcomes. Keep a new error code separate if the message changes.
